Poukosyn is a team of dedicated professionals with expertise in automation, building for an industry that runs on phone calls, texts, and paper — not software. Busy professionals in the field, the clients who depend on them, and the back-office work that piles up between jobs all share the same problem: the software that’s supposed to help them assumes they’ll open an app. Most don’t, reliably.

Every product we build starts from the channel people already use without being asked to: SMS. The AI does the work of turning a text message and a photo into something structured — an invoice, a dispatch plan, or a service report — and it plugs into the back-office tools a company already runs, rather than asking them to switch.

We’re building this in the open, one product at a time, starting with the businesses and use cases we understand best.
